good gaming pc but poor performance when gaming?
6gb ram
9800gtx+
amd64 6000 x2
4*300gb hdd
vista ultimate x64
before i had it on xp 32bit (2gb ram) and i could run crysis on forced maximum settings with dx9, and all my other games where cool, but since vista and an extra 4gbs of ram, i cant get many games to go on high, crysis and crysis warhead both lag on the high settings, so i am forced to play on medium
any idea why this could be, should my pc be performing this badly, or is this all it has?
what are other people gettting with close to this spec?
crysis has has a 64bit verison and a 32bit version so there should be no problem with that….
the ram is almost the same
2*1gb ocz nvidia gaming ram
2*2gb ocz nvidia gaming ram
seated correctly
i dont think there are any conflicts but the timings are slightly different?
